Senior Director of Partnership Services

As a senior director of partnership services at AllCampus, Sarah is focused on fostering collaborative relationships across the AllCampus portfolio that lead to client satisfaction and success encompassing all aspects of our online program management services. With over 17 years of experience in higher education including admissions, academic advising, student finance and registrar services, Sarah has a successful track record of consistent positive student outcomes. In her previous role, she led the student services team at Chamberlain University where she was responsible for driving student enrollment, engagement and persistence. Her experience includes developing robust omnichannel enrollment and retention communication strategies that led to significant improvements in first-term persistence, overall retention and student satisfaction. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Illinois State University, an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
