Director, Enrollment

Tressa oversees a team of enrollment professionals at AllCampus who specifically work with prospective and new students. She is responsible for managing this team and fostering a motivating environment for staff to grow and advance in their roles. Tressa provides support for continued professional development, coaching to the individual strengths of her staff and bolstering their awareness of how students interact with our digital marketing efforts. Tressa has nearly a decade of admissions experience with both on-campus and online programs, offering a unique cross-departmental perspective.

Prior to joining AllCampus, Tressa worked in leadership roles across many different disciplines where she learned the benefit of providing a holistic approach to relationship building across internal and external partners. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with an emphasis in cultural anthropology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
