Director, Enrollment

Terri is a demonstrated leader in higher education holding various positions within university admissions, including serving as the dean of enrollment management for DeVry University. She brings 20 years of experience in the field to her current role at AllCampus where she drives consistent enrollment success for AllCampus partner programs. Terri manages and coaches a team of enrollment advisors at varying levels in their careers. She guides her talented staff to meet and exceed enrollment goals, providing cross-functional training and guidance with the highest level of integrity and ethics.

With experience working directly for universities and as a senior enrollment advisor right here at AllCampus, Terri has direct experience doing the work that she now trains staff to perform. Her understanding of the interests, abilities and motivations of prospective students in varying disciplines is critical to the success of the enrollment team. Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in psychology from Elmhurst College as well as a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
