Director, Talent and Diversity

With over a decade of experience in the on-campus and online higher education space, Joe oversees talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion initiatives, professional development opportunities for staff, health and safety guidelines and corporate partnership building. He applies a wide skill set to his position, gained from a variety of roles in enrollment and human resource management. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA and a Master of Business Administration from The Keller Graduate School of Management. He also earned his SHRM-CP Certification in early 2019.
