With a decade of experience in research across higher education and public policy, Hamann will lead AllCampus’s research team, working collaboratively with university partners to deliver research and data-driven recommendations that highlight outcomes for professional growth. She will also oversee AllCampus’ research and design data collection while providing professional reporting and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to joining AllCampus, Hamann served as a senior content director at Hanover Research, where she led a team of directors and shaped strategic initiatives to improve client retention and talent management. In her role, she serviced a wide range of university clients, leveraging multiple methodologies to support institutional priorities.
