Rose has a wealth of operational management and talent acquisition experience in the higher education and healthcare fields. In her role at AllCampus, she leads the creative launch of new partnerships and existing partner process improvement initiatives, guiding cross-departmental teams of operations and marketing staff to ensure our most critical projects are executed on time and to our partners’ satisfaction. With a thoughtful and attentive approach, Rose works alongside AllCampus leadership to guarantee all launch projects and process improvements are delivered in an efficient and effective manner.

Prior to her time at AllCampus, Rose worked with Skills for Chicagoland’s Future where she led a client services team in nurturing relationships with clients and setting recruitment priorities. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Communications with honors from Adelphi University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Rose is also a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds Lean Six Sigma certification.
