With a decade of experience in research, Rachel serves as a strategic contributor and an expert at combining research insights with business objectives. In her role as the director of market research, she provides strategic leadership to the research team and oversees the design and execution of custom market research studies on the market viability of university programs and trends in online education. Rachel works collaboratively with All Campus partners to deliver research and data-driven recommendations that highlight outcomes for professional growth.
Prior to her time at All Campus, Rachel served as a senior content director at Hanover Research, where she led a team of directors and shaped strategic initiatives to improve client retention and talent management. Here, she served a wide range of clients and leveraged multiple methodologies to support institutional priorities. Rachel holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wittenberg University.
