Vice President, Upskilling
Noelle is a highly accomplished leader in adult education, business development and organizational growth strategies for industries including ed-tech, higher education and e-commerce. Her public service includes contributions as a city commissioner, K-12 educator and a veteran of the United States Army. She draws on that diverse range of experience in her role at AllCampus, where she is responsible for building partnerships with top-ranked universities and industry partners, focused on establishing and growing online upskilling programs that provide career-ready skills aligned to the needs of the multiple industries across the U.S.
Noelle previously worked in positions as the director of industry partnerships in an ed-tech solutions company where she created and oversaw the growth strategy for the workforce micro-credentials division, the director of business development for a large e-commerce multi-store corporation and the director of international initiatives at Excelsior University. She is an award-winning college instructor who has taught and developed courses for adult learners for over a decade at Excelsior University, the University of Alabama at Huntsville, Campbell University and Nexford University.
She has served on multiple public and private boards for education, human relations, girls’ development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. She holds a Doctor of Education and Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, a Master’s in Public Policy and Public Administration from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Campbell University.
