Director of Student Services

Maureen provides leadership and guidance in developing best-practices and retention strategies to expand the overall student population among our partnerships. In her role, she also provides training, coaching and outreach management within the student services team. Maureen also works closely with the partnership services team to provide tailored retention recommendations throughout the nurturing process with new partnerships.

With over 20 years of experience in higher education leadership roles, Maureen has worked with on-campus and online students, including collegiate coaching, development of student-athlete retention policies, enrollment, academic advising and continuing student persistence. Prior to coming to AllCampus, Maureen worked at Mount St. Clare College, Northern Illinois University and Chamberlain College of Nursing.

Maureen holds a bachelor’s in sociology from Mount St. Clare College, a master’s in sport management from Northern Illinois University and a master’s in leadership in higher education from North Central College.
