Executive Vice President, Head of Operations

As the head of operations, James leads the enrollment services, operational support, marketing and partnership services teams at AllCampus. This includes both our new student recruitment, continuing student persistence efforts to drive enrollment growth for our partner institutions, and dedicated, attentive interaction between AllCampus and each of our partner institutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in online program management, James has a proven record of applying organizational insight and industry best practices to meeting and exceeding enrollment goals. His dedication to creating an amicable and viable place for AllCampus staff to learn and grow has contributed to AllCampus being consistently ranked one of the “Best Places to Work” by Crain’s Chicago Business.

In addition to his duties at AllCampus, James serves on the executive board of National Safe Place, a not-for-profit that provides access to immediate help and safety for youth in crisis. James holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
