Senior Director, Education Services

James is a senior education leader with over 20 years of experience in the higher education industry. He has successfully built and directed admissions, operations and cross-functional student support teams while managing university and enterprise partnerships. His track record of success includes increasing new student enrollment and retention while improving operational efficiency.

Currently the senior director of education services at AllCampus, James was previously the national director of admissions at the Flatiron School, one of the nation’s largest and most respected tech bootcamps. There, he oversaw new student enrollment for software engineering, data science, UX/UI design and cybersecurity programs in both online and in-person modalities.

James’s organizational leadership skills have helped him partner with staff and senior leaders throughout organizations to improve processes, apply innovative approaches, understand underlying customer needs and manage multiple projects aimed at meeting the mission of serving customers globally.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Management, Strategic Innovation from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
