Director, Engineering

Ben oversees software development at AllCampus, directing and mentoring a team of engineers who build advanced tools to facilitate enrollment and marketing processes for university partners. In this role, he applies the range of skills he’s gained through a professional background that includes positions focused on technical problem-solving, team leadership and online education.

For example, as the associate vice president of engineering at Assurant Labs, Ben was responsible for coordinating cross-team product development for mobile apps meeting the specifications of global clients. In his previous role as the director of curriculum for online technology school Treehouse, he managed a teaching team in addition to creating structured curriculum plans and reporting on content outcomes. Ben attended Case Western Reserve University, where he earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer engineering.
